About Us

The Quad Cities Breastfeeding Coalition consists of professionals, community members, and organizations who are dedicated to supporting breastfeeding.

The purpose of the Quad Cities Breastfeeding Coalition is to:

• Assist women and their support persons to choose and continue breastfeeding as optimum infant nutrition;
• Provide support to the breastfeeding family;
• Increase public awareness of the benefits of breastfeeding;
• Provide and promote accurate breastfeeding information and support to health professionals and the community.
